Job Summary

Own and execute AI go-to-market strategy for the Global Automotive Vertical, partnering with Client Partners, Sales, and industry leaders to identify, qualify, and shape GenAI-driven transformation opportunities. Build executive relationships with C-level stakeholders (e.g., BMW, Volkswagen Group, Mercedes-Benz/Daimler Truck, Toyota), lead presales and proposal positioning, and incubate new offerings and commercial models using technologies like OpenAI and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and execute AI go-to-market strategy for the Global Automotive Vertical, driving revenue expansion across regions and accounts.
•Identify, qualify, and shape AI transformation opportunities, translating industry challenges into AI business cases and value propositions.
•Build and maintain C-level and senior executive relationships, partnering with Client Partners and Sales to originate and close AI engagements.
•Lead executive-level presales and proposal positioning, including opportunity shaping and executive deal reviews.
•Lead the Global Automotive AI GTM core team for presales and solution consulting, incubating offerings and commercial models (e.g., agentic AI, Service-as-Software) using technology partnerships.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of professional experience in consulting, professional services, and/or industry roles with progressive leadership responsibility.
•5+ years leading or co-leading AI, data, advanced analytics, or digital transformation initiatives, including at least 2 years with Generative AI solutions.
•5+ years of experience in an industry vertical (including Automotive) demonstrated through client delivery, account ownership, or solution leadership.
•2+ years supporting or leading presales activities such as opportunity identification, solution shaping, and proposal development.
•Fluency in German and English, with experience leading cross-cultural teams across the DACH region and Europe.
