Drive demos and PoCs to showcase security automation capabilities, align with sales to help customers understand how Trend AI security solutions reduce risk, and maintain ongoing technical and executive-facing engagement. Travel regionally for customer-facing activities and events, deliver webinars and presentations, and share best practices with other SEs to improve service quality.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Listen to customer problems, work with the sales team, and demonstrate a solution
•Provide Proof of Concept service to pre-sales clients and maintain an ongoing customer relationship
•Ongoing technical touchpoints/health checks with existing customers
•Travel regionally for customer-facing activities and events
•Deliver partner presentations, events and webinars

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Computer Science degree or diploma or combination of education and pre-sales experience in Security Software and Systems
•Experience working with various Microsoft/Linux software and systems
•Solid multi-tasking, troubleshooting and problem resolution abilities
•Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new concepts and technology using self-paced learning management platforms
•Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, account management and negotiation skills, with the ability to interface with a diverse set of clients including administrators and C-level executives
