Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead teams of Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in predictive and preventative maintenance and machine repairs.
  • •Schedule and coordinate maintenance with Production; develop and implement maintenance systems including prevention/predictive maintenance, TPM, SOPs, and safety.
  • •Troubleshoot equipment failures and support day-to-day problem analysis with long-term solutions.
  • •Develop and maintain maintenance KPIs and provide regular status reports to maintenance management.
  • •Ensure maintenance tasks comply with USDA regulations; maintain accurate maintenance work records and inventory.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field) and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience acting as a lead by training, coaching, or mentoring less experienced staff or managing a process/project.
  • •Ability to lead problem solving and troubleshooting for high-level process issues.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with willingness to work long hours and weekends as needed.
