Quantity Surveyor, MEP

Prepare accurate MEP quantity take-offs and support tender and contract commercial activities, including cost estimates, budgets, and submissions. Review tender documents and project requirements, evaluate subcontractor quotations, and manage interim payment applications and invoice certification. Drive variation orders, claims, and cost analysis through the project lifecycle, monitor costs and forecasts, and maintain measurement and commercial records. Coordinate with project teams and support final accounts and close-out.
