Key Responsibilities

  • •Capture business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data and analytics teams.
  • •Evaluate existing workflows to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, or better data integration.
  • •Draft user stories and acceptance criteria within an Agile framework.
  • •Assist development teams with source-to-target maps (STTM) and support delivered solutions via UAT.
  • •Support data visualization by helping design Power BI dashboards and collaborate with Agile teams during sprints and retrospectives, including providing feedback to train AI agents.

Key Requirements

  • •Current undergraduate or graduate student in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • •Basic understanding of data concepts and SQL.
  • •Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to simplify complex information.
  • •Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities.
  • •Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
