Job Summary

Lead WSP’s Strategic Growth Team (SGT) to drive strategic growth initiatives across the Mid-Atlantic region. Support the pursuit process from lead identification through contract award, including capture plan execution, win strategy development, and proposal/presentation coaching. Leverage global expertise to facilitate technical discussions, strengthen sales messaging and compliance, and contribute to national initiatives such as new offerings, market expansion, and business planning.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide senior leadership support to pursuit teams, formulating and executing capture plans from pre-positioning through selection.
•Support proposal development and delivery by improving compliance, readability, quality, and sales messaging.
•Coach pursuit teams on the presentation phase, including storyboarding and content and presentation coaching.
•Develop win strategies and facilitate strategy sessions (including SWOT analysis), creating key differentiators, value propositions, and messaging.
•Engage in regional and national initiatives to advance new service offerings, technology, market share growth, and business expansion.

Salary: USD 133,100 - 246,100 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of applicable experience.
•12+ years of extensive pursuit development experience in the engineering, construction, or service industry.
•Excellent verbal and written communications, critical thinking, and group facilitation skills.
•Strategic mindset and sound judgment to develop and manage strategic capture plans.
•Strong leadership skills to build trust and influence, coach teams, and train sales and business development staff.
