Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate implementation of multinational insurance programs across the globe to ensure end-to-end client experience.
  • •Handle multinational insurance programs and policies of low to medium complexity.
  • •Review and interpret underwriting materials for completeness, including escalating missing information as needed.
  • •Advise underwriters on program structure, steering implementation globally, and providing instructions to local servicing offices.
  • •Reconcile implementation issues, address cover and wording questions, and ensure timely issuance of local policies to meet client expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •1–3 years’ working experience in client-facing functions; experience placing international insurance programs is an advantage.
  • •2–5 years’ experience in corporate or specialty insurance with a strong understanding of insurance products and terminology.
  • •3–5 years’ experience working in an international environment.
  • •University graduate, or holders of ACII/ANZIIF qualifications (or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • •Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
