Job Function: Executive & General Management

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and develop payment controls for daily processing and straight-through processing.
•Approve internal fundings and external payments to third parties.
•Expand connectivity between treasury management systems (TMS) and banking partners.
•Oversee third party servicers’ banking capabilities.
•Develop and maintain centralized processes to handle reporting initiatives including ad hoc requests; participate in company-wide initiatives to improve processes and infrastructure including workflow automation, liquidity reporting, and variance analysis; prepare and present materials to Senior Management and external counterparties.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree with a minimum of 7 years work experience in a Treasury or Financial Operations Role
•Knowledge of treasury systems (e.g. Kyriba or other banking platforms)
•Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Visio
•Proactively addresses issues that may impact outcome of initiatives
•Prior experience implementing financial controls in compliance with SOX is a strong plus
•Prior experience with Tableau a strong plus
•Prior experience in the insurance industry a strong plus
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills
•Ability to multi-task and manage multiple responsibilities
•Ability to identify, communicate, and resolve key issues
•Commercial mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit
