Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and develop payment controls for daily processing and straight-through processing.
  • •Approve internal fundings and external payments to third parties.
  • •Expand connectivity between treasury management systems (TMS) and banking partners.
  • •Oversee third party servicers’ banking capabilities.
  • •Develop and maintain centralized processes to handle reporting initiatives including ad hoc requests; participate in company-wide initiatives to improve processes and infrastructure including workflow automation, liquidity reporting, and variance analysis; prepare and present materials to Senior Management and external counterparties.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree with a minimum of 7 years work experience in a Treasury or Financial Operations Role
  • •Knowledge of treasury systems (e.g. Kyriba or other banking platforms)
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Visio
  • •Proactively addresses issues that may impact outcome of initiatives
  • •Prior experience implementing financial controls in compliance with SOX is a strong plus
  • •Prior experience with Tableau a strong plus
  • •Prior experience in the insurance industry a strong plus
  • •Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • •Ability to multi-task and manage multiple responsibilities
  • •Ability to identify, communicate, and resolve key issues
  • •Commercial mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit
