Job Summary

Lead technical programs for Associate Experience Technology’s Program Delivery Office, driving high-priority associate experiences and techwide initiatives. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to execute strategic programs, mitigate technical risks, and guide senior leadership with data-driven insights. Build and grow a world-class TPM practice—expanding the discipline while improving foundations, delivery execution, and cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, design, and data science.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute critical associate experience and techwide programs in a newly formed Program Delivery Office organization.
•Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the delivery lifecycle.
•Lead technology-focused discussions with senior leadership and provide insights/recommendations for technology-based decisions.
•Build, grow, and develop a team of technical program managers while establishing foundations for the TPM practice.
•Simplify complex technical work and drive well-educated decisions across product, engineering, design, and data science stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 245,100 - 279,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•At least 9 years of experience managing technical programs.
•Experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing.
•Experience building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing services/architecture (preferably AWS).
•5+ years building and leading experienced TPM teams and 5+ years delivering large, complex programs using Agile delivery.
