Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage facilities upgrades, engineering, and maintenance for UPW plants, industrial wastewater plants, fluoride waste treatment plants, reclaim systems, and related base build installations.
  • •Drive sustainability-related targets and continual improvement programs to improve quality, reliability, and maximize system uptime with minimal production impact.
  • •Train and lead the team to identify root causes, implement corrective and preventive actions (CA/PA), and ensure timely response to out-of-spec conditions and system interruptions.
  • •Establish and manage budgets and costs for maintenance and projects; benchmark Micron and industry best practices and measure performance metrics for improvements and decisions.
  • •Lead EHS for the section to ensure compliance for regulations/procedures and contractors, investigate accidents/near misses, and provide supervisory support for starting up new equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and/or Biomolecular Engineering and Environmental Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • •At least 3 years of hands-on experience operating and maintaining water treatment systems such as UPW, WWT, reclaim, and DIW.
  • •Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC), Microsoft Office, and Copilot.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across all levels.
  • •Demonstrated leadership with a track record of impact is highly desirable.
