Build and maintain full-stack features for the Care Journey team’s adaptive care experience, partnering closely with product and design to turn ambiguous problems into clear technical plans and deliver roadmap commitments. You’ll develop GraphQL APIs with Python (Django/Flask), implement React and React Native user experiences, write tests and documentation, ensure HIPAA/GDPR-aligned security, and lead engineering efforts including mentoring and on-call responsibility.

•Deliver full-stack product development with a backend-leaning focus across web and mobile experiences.
•Build and maintain GraphQL APIs backed by Python services (Django/Flask) and implement efficient, reusable systems.
•Independently author and execute tech specs/RFCs for large, ambiguous, cross-domain projects and negotiate scope with product.
•Own roadmap commitments end-to-end, including launch timelines, decomposing work, and coordinating dependencies across teams.
•Maintain HIPAA/GDPR compliance and security best practices while writing documentation, unit/integration tests, mentoring engineers, and participating in on-call remediation.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant software development experience in one or more general-purpose programming languages.
•At least 2+ years of production full-stack web development using React/JavaScript-Typescript, React Native, and Python.
•Demonstrated high ownership: decomposing ambiguous problems, proposing strategies, and delivering with confidence.
•Experience writing and executing technical plans (tech specs/RFCs) across domains and teams.
•Experience building and maintaining GraphQL and/or REST APIs; scaling relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) with performant queries.
