Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead qualification and process buyoff for new equipment or layout changes, coordinating with Facilities and GEL.
  • •Maintain and improve the process of record (POR) for assigned reliability tests, ensuring SOP and quality management system compliance.
  • •Define process windows, control plans, and reaction mechanisms to prevent excursions and protect product integrity.
  • •Partner with Automation Engineers to implement error-proofing measures and reduce manual touchpoints.
  • •Support audits by maintaining documentation and compliance evidence, and analyze process performance data to drive corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
  • •Understanding of semiconductor backend or reliability lab processes.
  • •Knowledge of reliability tests (e.g., thermal/humidity stress, temperature cycling, reflow) and/or device reliability tests (e.g., HTOL, ELFR, HNBTI).
