Job Summary

Support the Global Executive Recruiting team by coordinating end-to-end, high-touch candidate experiences for confidential executive searches. Own interview scheduling, candidate branding, and travel logistics, while facilitating Workday recruiting processes (requisition, offers, onboarding) and Hogan assessment oversight. Partner with Executive Recruiters, HRBP, and TD teams to build diverse executive pipelines, manage reporting dashboards, coordinate vendor partnerships, and assist with succession-planning materials for leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Create and continuously improve end-to-end candidate experiences by scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics (including rooms and food when needed).
•Coordinate confidential executive searches, managing NDA processes and communications for hiring managers, business leaders, and candidates.
•Arrange travel logistics for candidates and keep candidates informed of changes.
•Facilitate recruiting workflows in Workday (requisition creation/management, offer and onboarding processes) and oversee Hogan assessment facilitation.
•Own executive candidate branding, proactive executive sourcing and diverse pipeline development, and manage reporting dashboards and vendor management for the executive recruiting process.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 28.51 - 35.64 hourly

Key Requirements

•Experience supporting an Executive Talent Acquisition function or similarly structured team.
•Minimum 7+ years working with leaders at the Vice President level and above (preferably C-suite), coordinating logistics across competing priorities.
•Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
•Strong proficiency using AI and technology automation to drive efficiencies in recruiting processes.
•Intermediate proficiency with MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
