Job Summary

Own the end-to-end process for new desktop image configuration requests and drive improvements to change control and deployment workflows. Create and deploy Windows 10 core images using WAIK/Windows ADK, MDT 2010/2012+, SCCM 2007/2012, and Windows Deployment Services. Provide advanced technical assistance, help define requirements with PMs, and lead specification/testing for image platform upgrades while improving automation, standardization, and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Own new image configuration requests using standard processes, and develop and improve deployment workflows.
•Coordinate and execute change control processes for image deployments.
•Provide complex technical assistance to develop and support Windows 10 core images.
•Work with global PMs and stakeholders to understand customer needs and enable value creation.
•Lead requirement definition, analyze/write specifications and test cases, and improve quality by identifying and resolving process bottlenecks.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
•10+ years of progressive experience in related desktop imaging and deployment work.
•Experience creating, rolling out, and troubleshooting deployment packages and Windows 10 core images.
•Strong PowerShell automation skills, including creating PowerShell scripts for complex requirements.
•Hands-on experience with MDT and SCCM OSD, including tools like Symantec Ghost, DISM, and ImageX (MDT/SCCM certifications preferred).
