Oversee customer hardware deployments at scale by managing installation partner engagements, monitoring milestone progress, and troubleshooting escalations during install phases. •Monitor installation milestone progress with the Implementation Consultant and drive resolution to installation challenges while meeting quality standards.
•Serve as the escalation and troubleshooting point during installation phases and resolve CSAT root causes.
•Assist partners in creating project-specific installation guides and deliver onsite training to installer technicians.
•Coordinate with installation vendors to complete work on time, on budget, and to Samsara quality standards, including onsite oversight and readiness checks for complex deployments.
•Perform hands-on first-of-kind installations, identify project risks with mitigation plans, ensure SOW alignment, capture lessons learned, and uphold safety standards.
