  • •Independently manage rewards accounting and reporting activities to ensure integrity of financial results within close timelines.
  • •Prepare monthly rewards-related management reporting and drive innovation and change.
  • •Interface with key reporting systems and technology groups; support projects addressing financial and control requirements.
  • •Identify accounting and reporting issues and lead root-cause investigation and resolution; analyze variance to MR forecast and provide variance commentary.
  • •Maintain an end-to-end controls environment for rewards and support global rewards policy compliance and account reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in controllership, accounting, or finance, with a degree in accounting or finance (CPA/MBA a plus).
