Job Summary

Build and integrate scalable, secure backend services for TikTok Shop in the US. You’ll connect TikTok Shop with partner APIs, design and test global creator affiliate and agency product features, and optimize influencer/affiliate experiences to drive affiliate GMV. Partner with the affiliate product team to improve creator funnel and end-to-end efficiency, owning features from requirements through post-live analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop efficient, highly scalable and secured services to build and integrate e-commerce solutions for TikTok Shop in the US.
•Integrate TikTok Shop with partner APIs to scale the business while ensuring end-to-end scalability and a cohesive customer experience.
•Design, develop, and test global product features for creator affiliate and agency products.
•Optimize influencer and affiliate experiences, including affiliate GMV and influencer activities.
•Own product feature development from requirement management through post-live analysis to improve efficiency and user experience.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
•2+ years managing highly scalable backend services and systems using at least one of Java, Golang, Python, or C++.
•Strong software programming skills with good code design and coding style.
•Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, networking, data security, and scalable systems design.
•In-depth knowledge of common databases and messaging frameworks such as MySQL, Redis, and Kafka.
