Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor bulk fuel levels across locations, reconcile delivery and consumption reports, and manage fuel tracking systems.
  • •Coordinate fueling activity using fuel management systems and support fueling procedures, policies, and site requirements.
  • •Schedule fuel deliveries, liaise with bulk fuel suppliers, review pricing, and audit invoices against delivered volumes.
  • •Generate weekly and monthly metrics on fuel consumption, cost variance, efficiency, and shrink/loss.
  • •Coordinate fuel distribution for drivers and site equipment/sub-contractors and serve as a liaison to the Fuel Solutions team.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in fuel operations, construction, equipment rental, logistics, fleet administration, or a similar field.
  • •Maintain professional communication with project management, customers, vendors, fuelers, supervisors, and other site personnel.
  • •Strong computer and data-entry skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies.
  • •Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable working around heavy equipment and active construction operations.
