Key Responsibilities

  • •Design MEP systems for buildings, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, to meet project requirements, codes, and standards.
  • •Create technical drawings, schematics, and specifications for MEP systems using CAD software with accuracy and compliance.
  • •Coordinate MEP designs with architects and structural engineers to ensure compatibility and integration.
  • •Select efficient, high-performance components and materials, incorporating energy efficiency and sustainability technologies.
  • •Provide construction-phase support through shop drawing reviews, site inspections, troubleshooting, and commissioning (testing, balancing, and commissioning).

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience, including 3 years of relevant MEP experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of MEP materials and site activities, including coordination of MEP submittals and shop drawings.
  • •Knowledge of local authority regulations, applicable standards, and local market requirements.
  • •Experience assisting with testing and commissioning of MEP equipment.
  • •Expertise using MS Office 2010 (MS Word, MS Excel) and ERP knowledge (preferably SAP).
