Key Responsibilities

•Map and document end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle (Hire-to-Retire)
•Develop standardized process documentation, including SOPs, process maps, and RACI matrices
•Create training materials and process documentation for Global People Operations teams
•Monitor and evaluate process performance post-implementation for continuous improvement and automation
•Ensure all process documentation aligns with global People policies, data privacy, and compliance standards (GDPR, local regulations)

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related field
•3–5 years’ experience in HR process improvement, HR operations, or Shared Services
•Proven experience in process mapping, documentation, and workflow optimization
•Strong knowledge of global HR processes (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, payroll support)
•Familiarity with HR technologies such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM
