Key Responsibilities

  • •Map and document end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle (Hire-to-Retire)
  • •Develop standardized process documentation, including SOPs, process maps, and RACI matrices
  • •Create training materials and process documentation for Global People Operations teams
  • •Monitor and evaluate process performance post-implementation for continuous improvement and automation
  • •Ensure all process documentation aligns with global People policies, data privacy, and compliance standards (GDPR, local regulations)

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • •3–5 years’ experience in HR process improvement, HR operations, or Shared Services
  • •Proven experience in process mapping, documentation, and workflow optimization
  • •Strong knowledge of global HR processes (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, payroll support)
  • •Familiarity with HR technologies such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM
