Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead FP&A support for corporate functions, including R&D, covering financial planning, reporting, analysis, and business partnership.
  • •Drive forecasting and budgeting, including analysis of actual results, forecasts, and budgets and development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
  • •Produce high-quality financial reporting and executive-ready materials, including financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for leadership review.
  • •Oversee month-end close activities, coordinate with shared services, review actuals, and synthesize variance explanations; manage SOX certification and reconciliations.
  • •Provide decision support for R&D and New Product Development, including Net Sales and Gross Margin analysis, scenario model development, and FP&A process automation.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of progressive financial planning and analysis experience in a multinational/corporate finance environment.
  • •Strong financial modeling and analytical skills to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
  • •Strong understanding of financial planning, accounting principles, and management reporting in a complex business environment.
  • •Advanced Excel skills (including macros, VBA, or Power Query) and familiarity with Tableau or Power BI.
  • •Proficiency with SAP and Oracle Hyperion/EPM or similar planning and reporting tools.
