Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Drive personal sales performance and lead the team to achieve sales and KPI targets by analyzing metrics and implementing best practices.
•Build client relationships through proactive outreach to ensure strong in-store and after-sales experiences and drive repeat business and VIP retention.
•Coach and support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development; provide feedback to store leadership on performance and development needs.
•Supervise opening/closing procedures including cash handling, bank deposits, register operations, and key-holding responsibilities.
•Maintain operational excellence by overseeing POS transactions and inventory functions, keeping the stockroom organized, and supporting omni-channel initiatives including live-stream shopping and customer data capture.

•Social media literacy with understanding of platform trends.
•Comfort with omni-channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems, plus strong English proficiency.
