Support the expansion of an in-house trade-in program by performing vehicle valuations for Lucid and non-Lucid cars using auction data, vehicle history reports, and pricing tools. Manage trade-in operations by coordinating intake, title follow-up, transportation, and escalations. Analyze auction trends and EV market conditions, track KPIs, develop reports to improve pricing strategy, and help automate processes to increase speed and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform trade-in valuations using market intelligence, auction data, vehicle history reports, and pricing tools for Lucid and non-Lucid vehicles.
•Review vehicle condition and history, including ownership history, title status, and accident reports, and account for market demand factors.
•Provide accurate, timely trade-in offers balancing customer conversion, inventory needs, and profitability targets; support lease return valuations and remarketing decisions.
•Coordinate trade-in intake, transportation, title follow-up, and disposition activities, partnering with internal teams and external vendors to resolve escalations.
•Analyze auction trends and operational metrics, develop reports and insights to support pricing strategy and business planning, and identify automation opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
•3+ years of automotive remarketing, vehicle valuation, wholesale, fleet, auction, finance, or trade-in operations experience.
•Strong understanding of vehicle appraisal methodologies, market pricing, and wholesale channels.
•Experience working with vehicle history reports, auction data, and valuation tools.
•Advanced Excel skills and experience analyzing large data sets.
