Key Responsibilities

  • •Join AE/CSM-led sales calls as the technical expert, delivering tailored demos, technical deep dives, and ROI cases before commercial close.
  • •Own onboarding end to end, including tenant configuration, ERP and data integrations, end-user training, and driving each account to first value.
  • •Rebuild plans when implementations drift and keep projects on schedule by spotting and escalating risk early.
  • •Become a go-to expert for at least one Luminovo module by defining onboarding blueprints and teaching the Solutions team.
  • •Translate field learnings into prioritized, revenue-anchored product input for the Product team.

Key Requirements

  • •Speak German fluently and work comfortably in English.
  • •Have a strong technical background and the ability to quickly learn an unfamiliar product deeply.
  • •Be process-driven and able to recreate structure and plans when implementations drift.
  • •Be comfortable communicating technically with specialists and clearly explaining concepts to procurement leads.
  • •Ideally have used AI by building automations, workflows, or tools you’ve shipped; bonus experience in electronics manufacturing/EMS/PCB/procurement/supply chain.
