Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead BIM coordination and information delivery for utility infrastructure projects as the interface between utilities discipline, technical leads, and digital delivery teams.
  • •Coordinate interdisciplinary model coordination, including utilities model coordination space management and clash/issue resolution progress ownership.
  • •Manage document comments: handle, resolve against BIM models, track to closure, and escalate items not moving with supporting evidence.
  • •Support master and discipline task information delivery plans; set up data shortcuts and manage part catalogue/object library needs per project.
  • •Own discipline model and drawing checklists, ensure CAD standard compliance, and deliver BIM model geometry/attributes/exports to required proprietary formats.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in engineering, architecture, GIS, geomatics or geography.
  • •8+ years in BIM on infrastructure projects, including at least 3 years in a dedicated coordination role.
  • •Demonstrable ISO 19650 delivery experience, coordinating more than two disciplines at once.
  • •Expert-level Navisworks capability (clash matrices, search sets, appearance profiles, resolution tracking and reporting).
  • •Experience with Civil 3D and Revit for models received from building and structural disciplines.
