Job Summary

Own end-to-end design of fiat fund flows and reconciliation systems, translating complex fund logic into standardized, rule-based workflows and configurable product capabilities. Build company-level reconciliation covering internal vs channel data, transaction/fund/balance reconciliation, exception handling, and SLA management. Drive continuous improvement in auto-reconciliation, reduce manual intervention, and shorten settlement cycles while partnering with Engineering, Finance, Risk, and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end design of fund flows including fiat deposits, withdrawals, refunds, channel settlement and clearing cycles, and fund mapping across internal and channel accounts.
•Abstract complex fund logic into standardized workflows, rule-based engines, and configurable reusable product capabilities.
•Design and build a company-level reconciliation product system spanning internal vs channel reconciliation, reconciliation state machines, exception detection/routing, and SLA management.
•Drive continuous improvement in auto-reconciliation rates, reduced manual intervention, shorter settlement cycles, and support monthly closing, audit requirements, and management-level reporting.
•Partner with Engineering, Finance, Risk, and Compliance to evolve fund-related systems while balancing compliance, risk control, efficiency, and scalability; lead automation initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
•5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in funds, payments, settlement, clearing, reconciliation, or fintech/financial infrastructure.
•Solid system-level understanding of fund flows, settlement logic, reconciliation mechanisms, and fund lifecycle management.
•Ability to independently conduct complex requirement analysis, design system solutions, and drive cross-functional execution.
•Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and strong data-driven decision-making; strong abstraction skills to convert operations into system, rules, and automation.
