Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage routine calibration for a variety of instrumentation and data acquisition systems across ETC domains.
  • •Oversee preventative maintenance and calibration scheduling for the full equipment catalog, ensuring no calibration lapses.
  • •Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems.
  • •Coordinate with external calibration/service providers for specialized work and maintain traceable calibration/maintenance records per ISO 17025 and ANSI/NCSL Z540.
  • •Manage spare parts inventory, support installations/upgrades/decommissioning, and respond to equipment issues during active testing to minimize interruptions.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of hands-on calibration and maintenance experience with physical test or test/measurement equipment in a test lab, manufacturing, aerospace, or defense environment.
  • •Direct experience calibrating and maintaining diverse test equipment.
  • •Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple equipment types.
  • •Working knowledge of calibration standards including ISO 17025 and ANSI/NCSL Z540, with traceable calibration records.
