•Work in a variety of poultry production and live operations positions to learn the production process.
•Become familiar with the different parts of the production process.
•Gain exposure to operation support departments such as Safety and Quality Assurance.
•Contribute to the team through innovative ideas and value creation.
•Be eligible for potential full-time roles based on performance and business needs.

Key Requirements

•Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with at least one semester remaining.
•Agriculture, Poultry Operations, or other agriculture-related fields are preferred.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Basic computer skills.
•Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team, with strong problem-solving, time management, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
