Own the assembly and oversight of focal plane arrays and optical components from design implementation through shipment. Translate engineering drawings and specifications into build plans, schedules, and recurring/nonrecurring tasks to support program builds. Create and maintain bills of materials and process flow travelers, manage tooling and process activities, and lead disposition and corrective actions for defective or non-conforming material. Support First Article Inspections to ensure flowed-down quality requirements are met.
