Key Responsibilities

  • •Support regional implementation of People programs and initiatives, including performance management, talent, and compensation processes.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful People program execution and manage regional workstreams for high-impact organizational projects.
  • •Partner with the Global Compliance & Infrastructure Lead to operationalize global compliance requirements within APJ and coordinate policy update implementation.
  • •Lead regional workstreams related to entity transitions, workforce expansions, and operational changes, including vendor assessments and immigration-related support when needed.
  • •Drive process excellence by identifying opportunities to improve scalability and employee experience, automating workflows, partnering on Workday/system improvements, and establishing governance and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in People Operations within a global, multi-country organization.
  • •Demonstrated experience supporting and driving People initiatives across APJ, ideally including markets such as India, Singapore, Australia, and Japan.
  • •Strong understanding of country-specific employment practices, compliance requirements, and People Operations processes.
  • •Experience supporting international growth and expansion, including entity setup/transitions and new-country launches.
  • •Proven ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional, multi-country initiatives and partner effectively with Legal, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, and People teams.
