  • •Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams to execute.
  • •Turn complex financial products into simple, usable customer journeys.
  • •Launch features, monitor performance, and drive iterative improvements using data, feedback, and research.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth/product operator or similar role.
  • •Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows.
  • •Ability to work closely with engineers and designers to ship real products.
  • •Comfort with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and learning after launch.
  • •Strong writing, prioritization, stakeholder management, and high ownership with limited guidance.
