Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning, execution, and delivery of water resources projects from conceptual studies through detailed design, tendering, and construction support.
  • •Provide technical leadership and perform reviews for stormwater management, drainage infrastructure, hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, flood mitigation, and stream rehabilitation projects.
  • •Lead and review engineering calculations, analyses, reports, specifications, tender documents, and cost estimates.
  • •Manage multidisciplinary project teams and take responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and overall project performance.
  • •Build and maintain client relationships and support business development activities such as proposals, scope development, fee estimation, and client engagement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) within Canada.
  • •Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in water resources engineering.
  • •Experience managing water resources projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and client coordination.
  • •Proficiency with hydrologic, hydraulic, and GIS tools (e.g., HEC-RAS, PCSWMM/EPA SWMM, Visual OTTHYMO, InfoWorks ICM, ArcGIS).
