Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct regular analytical audits of human moderation to ensure compliance with data protection and Trust & Safety standards and meet audit targets (e.g., accuracy, RCA, appeal success rates).
  • •Perform deep-dives into recurring quality issues, execute RCA, identify error patterns, and translate findings into actionable feedback for Operational Guidelines & Standards and Operations Teams.
  • •Interpret safety guidelines and policy/SOPs for complex or high-risk cases, including validating “golden sets” to guide enforcement accuracy.
  • •Lead calibration sessions to ensure consistency across moderation teams and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align on global quality goals.
  • •Drive policy cascading and training rollouts for new policy/operational guideline updates, and publish weekly/monthly reports using QA dashboards and RCA tools.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year conducting analytical audits, tracking performance targets, and maintaining data integrity in a trust & safety, compliance, or high-volume operational environment.
  • •Strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills to identify error trends and recommend process optimizations that reduce error rates while maintaining high-speed moderation.
  • •Deep understanding of content policies and SOPs to make expert judgments on complex or high-risk escalation cases.
  • •Excellent cross-functional communication to lead calibration sessions and deliver training with BPO and internal stakeholders.
  • •Fluency in data visualization/reporting and the ability to use QA/calibration tools and AI to streamline workflows.
