  • •Own the team’s technical strategy and roadmap, translating investment ambitions into focused priorities and predictable delivery.
  • •Guide design and evolution of core custody systems, including cash and securities ledgers, security master service, position tracking, and reconciliation.
  • •Partner with product, investment operations, and compliance to turn business and regulatory requirements into well-designed, auditable workflows.
  • •Set a high bar for correctness, reliability, and incident response while balancing new capabilities with maintenance of critical systems.

Salary: USD 239,000 - 298,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience managing highly technical teams.
  • •Direct experience building or operating RIA and broker-dealer custody systems at scale, including ledgers, security master service, cash and securities reconciliation, and money movement.
  • •Understand the broker-dealer operating model and responsibilities/data flow across introducing brokers, clearing firms, and custodians.
  • •Work closely with compliance and operations teams to translate requirements into engineering decisions and effective controls.
  • •Understand the lifecycle of securities and implications of settlement and corporate actions across equities, fixed income, ETFs, and mutual funds.
