Key Responsibilities

  • •Welcome and check in clients, orient first-timers, and create a calm, premium arrival and departure experience.
  • •Convert enquiries, walk-ins, and intro offers into memberships/packages and follow up on leads.
  • •Maintain studio presentation and cleanliness (reformers, towels, amenities, changing rooms, reception) and report maintenance issues.
  • •Manage inbound client communication across phone, WhatsApp, email, and social DMs; handle bookings, waitlists, cancellations, and membership admin.
  • •Prepare and serve the wellness bar’s coffee and smoothie offerings and support instructors to keep class flow on time.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years in hospitality, retail, fitness, or wellness front of house with a genuine hospitality instinct.
  • •Comfortable selling and being measured on conversion targets, with natural membership recommendations.
  • •Punctual and reliable, able to work early mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts.
  • •Strong English communication (spoken and written); Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • •Confident with booking and CRM platforms (MarianaTek, Mindbody, or similar) and quick to learn new tools.
