Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and maintain AI-powered automations across the top of the funnel—from lead routing to distribution among GTM roles and processes.
•Own the systems that keep data clean and trustworthy, ensuring reliable downstream reporting and AI outputs.
•Partner with sales leadership to identify bottlenecks and ship automation that addresses root causes.
•Integrate and orchestrate the GTM tech stack—Salesforce, lead routing, enrichment, and sequencing tools—with AI agents and workflows.
•Build internal tooling and lightweight applications that put AI insight directly in front of reps and managers within their existing workflow.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 200,000 annually
