Job Summary

Provide TSPOC technical support for in-service H135 Spanish fleets and other Airbus Helicopters products. In the AHE H Product Support team, you’ll perform first technical assessments, coordinate downstream investigations, and deliver technical resolutions aligned with Spanish Military Airworthiness rules. You’ll handle technical queries/events, support warranty and modifications, contribute to airworthiness investigations, create/define service bulletins and technical publications, and manage technical communications and CRM tracking.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as TSPOC entry point for in-service technical queries, performing first technical assessment and forwarding investigations within Airbus’s technical support network.
•Provide technical resolutions to Spanish end users for H135-related queries, including support for MRO maintenance revisions, delivery commitments, and retrofits.
•Participate in airworthiness assessments/investigations for accidents and major incidents involving in-service H Spanish fleets.
•Manage internal investigations/solutions with TS community follow-up, and record/track technical events (queries, incidents, TechPub queries) in Airbus CRM.
•Support warranty processing, define and implement modifications per Spanish Military Airworthiness rules, and support creation/definition of service bulletins and technical publications.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years’ experience in the aeronautical sector (helicopters/aircraft maintenance, support engineering, CAMO, and/or maintenance certifying staff).
•EASA Part 66 LMA B1.3 or B2 (C is also valuable).
•Experience with H135, NH90, or similar Airbus helicopter programs, and relevant type licences.
•Valuable background in helicopter airframes/composites, avionics, troubleshooting, repairs, continuous airworthiness, and on-site customer experience.
•High level of English; French or German are valuable.
