Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and execute 30/60/90-day onboarding and ramp programs for new sellers and account managers, including system trainings and productivity milestones to quota.
  • •Own ongoing enablement and continuous development across the team, delivering training, certifications, and optimization for product updates and tool/process changes.
  • •Create, iterate, and maintain enablement assets such as pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, playbooks, case studies, and talk tracks.
  • •Lead live workshops, role-plays, certification sessions, and partner/reseller enablement programs to improve skill consistency and win rates.
  • •Establish enablement success metrics and continuously optimize using data and field feedback; build scalable enablement systems and partner with Sales Ops, Channel, Product, Marketing, and data/engineering to embed tools and AI-driven insights.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, revenue operations, or a related go-to-market function.
