Key Responsibilities

•Lead a cross-functional team to maintain airworthiness, flight safety, and system reliability across the global F135 fleet.
•Identify, contain, and eliminate data integrity issues that could impact fleet readiness or airworthiness.
•Integrate escape managers, incident investigators, and data monitoring/correction teams to drive systems-level data integrity remediation.
•Oversee investigations of data integrity incidents, including causal factor evaluation and corrective action determination.
•Develop prioritized corrective action plans and deliver high-visibility briefings with metrics, dashboards, and containment plans.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree
•10 years of experience in engineering, project/program management, operations, or supply chain/logistics, or an Advanced degree with 7 years of experience

•(Preferred) Master’s degree in Engineering, Human Factors, Business or Management
•(Preferred) Proficiency with PowerBI, PowerAutomate, SharePoint
