Job Summary

Lead the design and delivery of change engagement, readiness, and adoption activities across Rio Tinto’s Modern ERP transformation. Partner with global senior leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to build awareness and commitment, support leaders and managers through change, monitor adoption effectiveness, and mitigate risks and resistance. This 12-month fixed-term role reports to the Global Change Manager and focuses on enabling successful new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement change engagement strategies for large-scale business transformation initiatives.
•Establish trusted relationships with business leaders, project teams, and key stakeholders across impacted areas.
•Lead change adoption and readiness activities to support implementation of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
•Monitor and evaluate change effectiveness using feedback and insights to continuously improve outcomes.
•Design and deliver engagement and communication activities; coach leaders and managers through change and uncertainty.
