Job Summary

Plan and control high-complexity manufacturing across multiple lines by scheduling production to meet business demands while balancing manufacturing and material constraints. Own line OTD, tool configuration and slotting, and NPMA approval/allocation. Drive line performance to improve KPIs (OTD, EOP, CT, SOE), coordinate capacity fulfillment, allocate training periods, and manage field and home tools/support and option-build planning in collaboration with product support and R&D.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and control high-complexity manufacturing multiple-line scheduling, considering business demands and manufacturing/material constraints.
•Own line OTD, tool configuration and slotting, and NPMA approval and allocation.
•Control line performance and drive KPI improvements (OTD, EOP, CT, SOE) while supporting manufacturing capacity fulfillment.
•Manage training period allocation, field support activities planning, and field/home tools support activities.
•Serve as main contact to Product Support and R&D teams to plan manufacturing and manage option build plan cycles and R&D needs.
