Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of proven experience in non-volatile memory design.
  • •BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering (or related fields).
  • •Broad knowledge of NAND Flash memory design, including logic/analog/mixed-signal full-chip functionality.
  • •Experience with circuit simulators such as XA and hspice and/or hsim/finesim.
  • •Understanding of semiconductor reliability issues (e.g., CHC, NBTI, stress/snapback, electromigration, IR analysis) and parasitic extraction flows (StarRC/Calibre).
