Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in daily start-of-shift safety meetings and perform daily workplace safety inspections of SX/EW.
  • •Collect and process copper, acid, and nitrate assays and ensure results are handled as outlined in operator responsibilities.
  • •Maintain data entry into computer systems and keep detailed logbooks.
  • •Coordinate with the shift supervisor to maintain plant parameters and operating procedures, assessing and making adjustments as needed.
  • •Perform daily circuit audits and pond level monitoring/adjustment, and collect composite and can samples for lab delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent).
  • •Current valid driver license with a clean driving record.
  • •Ability to maintain a positive, safe, team-oriented attitude.
  • •Good communication skills and ability to demonstrate understanding of received communication.
  • •Basic computer knowledge and basic math skills, with motivation to learn SX/EW operation parameters and procedures.
