Key Responsibilities

  • •Tell HUD’s story and evangelize the vision through worldbuilding.
  • •Find, connect with, and meet candidates, AI engineers and researchers, and key people in the AI ecosystem.
  • •Define culture and values, then screen candidates and develop onboarding based on them.
  • •With the Chief of Staff, own end-to-end recruiting and build/optimize recruiting ops and tooling workflows.
  • •Partner with Marketing & Events to host community events, represent HUD at industry events, and create content.
