Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage shift technicians and contractors to achieve operational objectives.
  • •Identify issues on the production line that block team progress toward operational targets and objectives.
  • •Ensure adequate training and compliance with SOPs to eliminate safety and quality risks.
  • •Analyze data and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • •Collaborate with production and process stakeholders; establish/review SOPs, evaluate equipment/material deployment, and explore agentic AI to improve productivity and protect quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering (or equivalent).
  • •Demonstrated leadership experience building and developing an effective team to tackle equipment operation challenges.
  • •Proven problem-solving skills using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why analysis, and PFMEA to deliver solutions.
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • •PROBE internship experience within a semiconductor company, plus familiarity or interest in AI applications in semiconductor manufacturing (predictive analytics, automated defect classification, data visualization).
