DC Facilities Automation and Maintenance Technician I

Maintain facility and equipment by performing routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs across building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and generators. Monitor and respond to issues with automated systems such as AutoStore, coordinate Fire/Life Safety testing and service, and support day-to-day facility needs. Keep accurate maintenance records, maintain safe work areas in compliance with safety policies and PPE, and coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs.
