Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure plant operations comply with ANHnewco standards for SHE, Security, and Quality, and follow local regulations and permits to operate.
  • •Define and manage efficient production operating systems, procedures, and management systems; promote SafeStart culture and investigate incidents.
  • •Manage installation activities safely and environmentally, control maintenance/repair of equipment, and comply with MOC.
  • •Set KPIs/targets, report plant performance via Triple P reporting, link the plant with the Commercial Operating Unit, and drive continuous improvements.
  • •Lead people and staffing: select, coach, develop, recruit production staff, implement training, and maintain up-to-date SHE documentation while minimizing downtime.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or Business Administration.
  • •10+ years plant operations experience in dry or liquid blend manufacturing with quality systems expertise.
  • •At least 5 years of people management experience, including ability to execute disciplinary actions.
  • •Knowledge of SHE, operational safety, plant software applications, chemicals and emergency management.
  • •Knowledgeable in ISO, GMP, or HACCP; fluent in English; SAP knowledge is a plus.
