•Drive business and service strategies to improve customer loyalty, manage relationships with regional sales, and ensure Net Promoter Score excellence with escalation adherence.
•Build and execute the region’s business plan aligned with strategy and goals, improving operational performance and compliance.
•Own and drive regional financial results (full profit/loss responsibilities) while developing growth and productivity-focused plans.
•Prioritize and execute strategic and tactical initiatives balancing revenue growth, productivity, and customer satisfaction, including contract capture rate improvement with sales teams.

Salary: USD 131,000 - 208,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of leadership experience in service delivery, service operations, or a related field; diagnostic imaging or healthcare technology background preferred.
•Experience managing a profit/loss business and developing strategic initiatives that grow revenue.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Health Science, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent education and experience).
•Excellent leadership, teamwork, influencing, mentoring/coaching, interpersonal, analytical, organization, time management, and communication skills.
•Must be able to perform the physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements for this position and comply with stated on-the-job requirements.
