Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct market research to understand where Arcadia’s tools fit in the broader landscape.
  • •Collaborate with leadership to develop the product roadmap and prioritization for first public releases.
  • •Work with the software team to define roadmap, release cycles, and tightly scoped subsequent releases.
  • •Own product positioning, messaging, and branding including naming and launch narratives plus website/comms.
  • •Serve as the voice of the user in a research org, translating scientific capability into clear product value and helping define business models (pricing, tiers, packaging, go-to-market).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 200,000 annually

  • •Demonstrated ability to take products from zero to one in fast-moving environments, with something shipped and grown that people rely on.
  • •Strong product management fundamentals including roadmapping, prioritization, scoping, and running release cycles alongside engineers.
  • •Ability to build positioning and story—naming, writing launch narratives, and translating technical work for non-experts.
  • •Comfort collaborating directly with scientists and engineers and learning the science enough to represent it honestly.
  • •Bias toward rigor over hype, with strong signal-vs-noise judgment in ambiguous environments.
