Key Responsibilities

  • •Support delivery of major infrastructure programs by assisting with schedule, budget, and quality tracking.
  • •Prepare and manage project documentation, reports, and stakeholder communications.
  • •Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to monitor progress and identify risks or issues.
  • •Contribute across all project stages, from initial planning through to delivery and operation.
  • •Participate in the graduate program activities (introductions, learning, networking, mentoring, and career support).

Key Requirements

  • •In your final year or completed a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering.
  • •Have completed your studies and graduated before starting the program.
  • •Be able to commence work by February 2027 (or by July 2027 for mid-year finishers).
  • •Have full working rights to work in Australia or New Zealand before applying (student and graduate visas are accepted).
  • •Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills with a proactive, adaptable mindset and commitment to professionalism and integrity.
